Helite Roadster Airbag Motorcycle Leather Jacket

Helite Roadster Airbag Motorcycle Leather JacketInvisible airbag to keep your safety with style. The jacket made of high quality black leather is provided with breathable and stretchy zones under the arms that ensure a good ventilation and a freedom of movement. Thanks to its removable thermal liner the airbag jacket can even be worn in lower temperatures. For an optimal protection it integrates the Turtle Technology and shoulder/elbow armors.Features:mechanical releaseAirbag capacity: 17 litresAirbag filling time: 100 millisecondsSAS-Tec back protector EN1621-2KNOX protectos on elbows and shouldersthe hard outer protector in combination with the shock-absorbing air cushion ensures optimum impact absorption and protection against puncturethe Helite Custom Airbag Vest is triggered mechanically, which prevents false activation or failure; changing batteries is not necessaryvery high abrasion resistance due to stable 1.2 mm thick cowhide to protect the airbag chamberclose fit with elastic material on the arms and shouldersremovable thermal lining (100% polyester) provides warmth at low temperaturesouter and inner pocketsSpecifications:Activation:The release is effected by a rip cord, which is firmly attached to the vehicle and is inserted into the waistcoat when climbing on. It is very unlikely that the ripcord will be accidentally triggered by forgetting the ripcord when getting off the vehicle, as a force of about 300 Nm is required to activate the airbag. By replacing the CO2 cartridge, the jacket can be used again immediately after a deployment. In the event of a deployment, the system has the optimum pressure after 100 milliseconds to develop the full protective effect. This time span has been determined on the basis of Helite’s many years of experience and numerous calculations and tests in order to provide the optimum pressure to protect the body at the exact moment of impact. Important parts of the body are already protected during the release process, when the full pressure has not yet been reached. Protection:SAS-TEC back protector EN1621-2KNOX protectors on elbows and shouldersThe waistcoat features the innovative Turtle system. Here the Sas-Tec back protector lies over the airbag like a turtle shell in the event of a deployment. The spinal column remains free of any load and punctual forces are effectively distributed and absorbed over the entire airbag in the back area. The protection is therefore many times higher than with a standard airbag.Size Guide:S:Body Size (cm): 160 – 175Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 75 – 90Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 70 – 80Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 75 – 90Back Length (cm): 55 – 70Arm length (cm): 57 – 65Capsule: 60 ccM:Body Size (cm): 170 – 180Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 95Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 75 – 90Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 100Back Length (cm): 60 – 75Arm length (cm): 62 – 70Capsule: 60 ccL:Body Size (cm): 175 – 185Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 105Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 100Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 110Back Length (cm): 65 – 80Arm length (cm): 65 – 72Capsule: 60 ccXL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 190Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 110Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 105Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 115Back Length (cm): 65 – 85Arm length (cm): 65 – 75Capsule: 60 cc2XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 195Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 115Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 110Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 120Back Length (cm): 65 – 90Arm length (cm): 65 – 77Capsule: 60 cc3XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 200Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 120Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 120Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 125Back Length (cm): 70 – 95Arm length (cm): 65 – 80Capsule: 60 cc / 100 cc (When changing the cartridge, please check that it is the same size as on the label.)4XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 205Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 115 – 130Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 130Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 115 – 135Back Length (cm): 70 – 100Arm length (cm): 67 – 82Capsule: 60 cc / 100 cc (When changing the cartridge, please check that it is the same size as on the label.)5XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 210Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 120 – 140Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 135Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 115 – 140Back Length (cm): 70 – 100Arm length (cm): 67 – 85Capsule: 100 cc6XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 215Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 130 – 150Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 120 – 140Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 115 – 150Back Length (cm): 70 – 100Arm length (cm): 67 – 90Capsule: 100 ccContents:1 x Helite Roadster Airbag Motorcycle Leather Jacket1 x CO2 Cartridge (mounted)1 x rip cord1 x hexagon socket wrench
