Helite Touring 2.0 Airbag Motorcycle Textile JacketAn airbag jacket for all year round. By controlling the air circulation the pilot can easily adapt to the riding season. Features:mechanical releaseAirbag capacity: 17 litresAirbag filling time: 80 – 100 millisecondsSAS-Tec back protector EN1621-2KNOX protectos on elbows and shouldersthe hard outer protector, in combination with the shock-absorbing air cushion, ensures optimal shock absorption and protection against puncturesthe Helite Touring textile jacket is triggered mechanically, which prevents false triggering or failure; it is not necessary to change batteriesfunctional textile, highly abrasion-resistant Cordura to protect the airbag chamberSuperFabric – particularly abrasion-resistant materials in the areas at risk of fallingBody-hugging fit with elastic material on the arms and shoulderswaterproof, windproof and breathable thanks to the HUMAX climate membraneVentilation zips; through them, the wind hits the membrane, it cools down and can remove moisture againRemovable thermal lining (100% polyester) provides warmth at low temperaturesseveral practical outside and inside pocketscomfortable soft collarWidth adjustment on the upper and lower armdouble waist straps for an optimal adjustment of the fitSpecifications:Activation:It is released via a rip cord that is firmly connected to the vehicle and is plugged into the vest when getting on and off. Inadvertent triggering by forgetting to release the pull cord when getting off the vehicle is very unlikely, as a force of 300 Nm (30 kg) is required to operate the airbag. When triggered, the system has the optimum pressure after 100 milliseconds to develop the full protective effect. This period of time was determined on the basis of Helite’s many years of experience and numerous calculations and tests in order to provide the optimal pressure to protect the body precisely at the time of the impact. Important parts of the body are protected as early as the release process, if full pressure has not yet been reached.Protection:SAS-TEC back protector EN1621-2KNOX protectors on elbows and shouldersIn addition to the airbag system, the jacket has a high-quality SAS-TEC back protector and KNOX protectors on the shoulders and elbows, which can optionally be removed. Like all helite jackets with an airbag system, the touring jacket has the innovative Turtle system.Size Guide:S:Body Size (cm): 160 – 175Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 70 – 85Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 65 – 80Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 70 – 85Back Length (cm): 55 – 70Arm length (cm): 57 – 65Capsule: 60 ccM:Body Size (cm): 170 – 180Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 80 – 90Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 70 – 85Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 80 – 95Back Length (cm): 60 – 75Arm length (cm): 62 – 70Capsule: 60 ccL:Body Size (cm): 175 – 185Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 95Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 75 – 90Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 100Back Length (cm): 65 – 80Arm length (cm): 65 – 72Capsule: 60 ccXL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 190Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 100Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 80 – 95Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 105Back Length (cm): 65 – 85Arm length (cm): 65 – 75Capsule: 60 cc2XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 195Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 105Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 100Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 110Back Length (cm): 65 – 90 Arm length (cm): 65 – 77Capsule: 60 cc3XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 200Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 110Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 105Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 115Back Length (cm): 70 – 95Arm length (cm): 65 – 80Capsule: 60 cc4XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 205Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 -115Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 110Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 120Back Length (cm): 70 – 100Arm length (cm): 67 – 82Capsule: 60 cc5XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 205Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 125Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 120Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 125Back Length (cm): 70 – 100Arm length (cm): 67 – 85Capsule: 60 cc6XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 210 Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 115 – 135Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 130Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 125Back Length (cm): 70 – 100Arm length (cm): 67 – 85Capsule: 60 ccContents:1 x Helite Touring 2.0 Airbag Motorcycle Textile Jacket1 x CO2 Cartridge (mounted)1 x rip cord1 x hexagon socket wrench
