Helite Vented 2.0 Airbag Motorcycle Textile Jacket

Helite Vented 2.0 Airbag Motorcycle Textile JacketThe Vented Jacket is the perfect companion for the really hot days. Large mesh inserts provide optimum ventilation. Should it rain or the wind become too uncomfortable, the separate inner jacket with Humax climate membrane ensures wind and waterproofness. The upper material is made of highly abrasion-resistant Cordura, and on the shoulders and elbows over Superfabric. Stretch inserts at the hips ensure a perfect fit, while 3M Scotchlite applications ensure optimum visibility. The short cut of the jacket makes it a true unisex model and is therefore perfect for bikers. The built-in airbag system has a protective volume of 17 – 24 litres. These are distributed evenly around the entire upper body and thus protect the neck, spine, chest, pelvis, coccyx, head, collarbone and the internal organs. In addition to the immense impact protection, the airbag stabilises the entire upper body against twisting. The external SAS-TEC back protector of the Turtle technology also ensures that punctual loads cannot penetrate the body.Features:mechanical releaseAirbag capacity: 17 – 24 litresAirbag filling time: 80 – 100 millisecondsSAS-TEC back protector EN1621-2protectos on elbows and shouldershigh ventilated textile with meshretro-reflective panels for 360°C night visibilityremovable thermal, waterproof and windproof lineradjustable cuffsSpecifications:Activation:It is activated by a rip cord, which is firmly attached to the vehicle and is plugged into the jacket when climbing on. An unintentional release by forgetting to release the rip cord when getting off the vehicle is very unlikely, as a force of 300Nm is required to activate the airbag.By replacing the CO2 cartridge the jacket is immediately ready for use again. In case of a release, the system has the optimal pressure after 80-100 milliseconds to develop the full protective effect. This time span has been determined on the basis of Helite’s years of experience and numerous calculations and tests in order to provide the optimum pressure to protect the body at exactly the moment of impact. Important parts of the body are already protected during the release process, when the full pressure has not yet been reached.Protection:SAS-TEC back protector EN1621-2protectors on elbows and shoulders, optionally removableSize Guide:S:Body Size (cm): 155 – 175Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 75 – 95Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 70 – 90Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 80 – 100Back Length (cm): 40 – 60Arm length (cm): 50 – 60Capsule: 60 ccM:Body Size (cm): 160 – 180Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 80 – 100Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 75 – 95Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 105Back Length (cm): 45 – 65Arm length (cm): 52 – 63Capsule: 60 ccL:Body Size (cm): 165 – 185Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 105Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 80 – 100Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 110Back Length (cm): 50 – 70Arm length (cm): 55 – 65Capsule: 60 ccXL:Body Size (cm): 170 – 190Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 110Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 85 – 105Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 115Back Length (cm): 55 – 75Arm length (cm): 57 – 68Capsule: 60 cc2XL:Body Size (cm): 175 – 195Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 115Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 90 – 110Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 120Back Length (cm): 60 – 80Arm length (cm): 60 – 70Capsule: 60 cc3XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 200Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 120Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 95 – 115Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 125Back Length (cm): 65 – 85Arm length (cm): 62 – 73Capsule: 60 cc4XL:Body Size (cm): 180 – 205Chest Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 105 – 125Waist Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 100 – 120Hip Circumference (cm) incl. equipment: 110 – 130Back Length (cm): 70 – 90Arm length (cm): 65 – 75Capsule: 60 ccContents:1 x Helite Vented 2.0 Airbag Motorcycle Textile Jacket1 x CO2 Cartridge (mounted)1 x rip cord1 x hexagon socket wrench
